Brake brand hits the UK

Launched in Europe at last year’s Automechanika show, component giant Federal Mogul is now pushing its Wagner brand in the UK.

The line-up of discs and pads, which feature the E90 mark, are priced lower than Fed Mog’s Ferodo products. Despite this, the firm says that each pad is equipped with fine-blanked backing plates that help ensure improved shaping and an optimal pad-to-caliper interface.

This characteristic should help provide low brake noise combined with good stopping power and long pad life.
