Have your say... Automotive Skills has been appointed by the government and leading automotive companies to address the problem of the skills shortage within the motor industry. If you have something to say about issues facing your business, share your experiences and ideas to help shape the future of your industry.   Your input will shape the Sector Skills Agreement; ‘Automotivate’ is designed to ensure independent workshops have access to potential employees who have the right skills for the job. Your comments on the type of training this industry needs will be taken on board, regardless of whether you employ five or fifty staff.   Automotive Skills invites you to attend workshops, take part in confidential research or simply to offer your opinion.
