MOBILE repairer Andy Rose has won a £250 prize as part of the Dickies UK Worker of the Year contest.
Andy scooped the workwear clothing vouchers as part of the on-going contest to give away a Renault car or van worth £18,000.
The winner of the car or van will be announced on October 29th.
Technicians simply need to write one sentence explaining what doing a good job means to them.
Other workers from any sector are also eligible to enter.
To enter go to www.ukworkeroftheyear.com.
Andy won the clothing vouchers after being voted one of the top entries so far in the contest.
He was invited to hardware shop – and Dickies stockist – Drews in Reading to pick out his prizes.
The finalists for the main, UK Worker of the Year competition will be chosen by a panel of expert judges after entries close on August 31st.
The winner will be announced at a gala dinner on October 29th.
