Following the success of the CV and Workshop Show earlier this year, the organisers have confirmed that the event will run again from the 24 to 26 of April 2012.
The most recent event attracted crowds of more than 16,000 visitors, clamouring to see the latest developments in the commercial vehicle and garage service markets. Highlights included the launch of the VW Amarok pick-up as well as a meet and greet with transport minister Mike Penning.
“The CV Show is a great opportunity to showcase the latest developments in road transport technology, demonstrating the industry’s achievements in lowering emissions and improving fuel efficiency,” said SMMT Chief Executive, Paul Everitt.
The event is arranged by Commercial Vehicle Show LLP consisting of the Road Haulage Association Ltd (RHA), The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders Ltd (SMMT) and IRTE Services Ltd, the trading company of the Society of Operations Engineers (SOE). The show will be delivered by Crystal Communications UK Ltd, parent company of Aftermarket magazine.
