Vehicle Manufacturer Mitsubishi Motors UK has signed up all of it’s UK dealerships to self-appointed industry watchdog Motor Codes.
Commenting on the move, Sharon Townsend, General Manager –Service at Mitsubishi, sees the tie-up with Motor Codes as a natural step: “Customer expectation is higher than ever and the quality of the overall customer experience must match that of the product. In today’s fast-moving online retail environment, the ability for customers to access real-time reviews and obtain independent feedback is important. Through its motorist advice line and service and repair reviews, Motor Codes complements our own ‘Excellent Service’ initiatives, helping to increase customer confidence levels,” she said.
