Offering support in diesel, air con, petrol engine management or braking, steering and suspension systems, Delphi offers a range of packages to help garages get the latest technical support combined with marketing assistance.
According to figures for December 2009, there are now 100 Delphi Service Centres in the UK with 105 Delphi authorised diesel repair centres. What’s more, all workshops being signed up for the schemes are members of the Good Garage Scheme.
It costs between £2,600 and £6,200 to join depending on the number of modules you want assistance with. In return Delphi (which is behind many of the technical systems on modern cars) shares its latest technical bulletins, training, advice, support and marketing information to help take your business forward. Standards are monitored via a compulsory self-audit in year one followed by a visit from Delphi from year 2 onwards.
