The Micro-V XF range of belts available from Gates has been boosted by a further 17 references, taking the total to more than 660 which covers 98% of the UK car parc.

Both Asian and European models benefit and coverage includes Fiat, Jaguar, Kia, Renault and VW models.

The belt manufacturer says it’s the only one that exclusively uses a material referred to as EPDM in the production of its entire multi-ribbed belt range and it does so because of its excellent resistance to wear and contamination.
