Jaguar Land Rover apprentice scheme deadline looms

Midnight on January 31st is the cut-off for applications

Published:  30 January, 2014

The Jaguar land Rover apprentice program is looking for up to 150 new recruits, but budding engineers only have until midnight on January 31st to register.

The apprenticeship scheme provides students with a blend of real-world experience and academic learning, with applicants choosing from either a four-year Advanced Apprenticeship aimed at students with the required GCSEs, or the six-year Higher Apprenticeship aimed at A-level entrants.

In both cases, recruits can look forward to working alongside world-class engineers, in cutting edge product development and manufacturing environments developing vehicles for two of the most iconic global motoring brands.

Commenting on the programme, Robinder Gill, Apprentice Recruitment Manager, Jaguar Land Rover said: "At Jaguar Land Rover our apprentices are the future of our business - that is why we are so passionate about attracting and developing the best new talent. Whether you are looking for a first job or an alternative to university, Jaguar Land Rover will help you to make the most of your potential. You will earn while you learn on a fully-funded career path, gaining valuable and recognised qualifications."
