Based in Lancashire, Frank runs Automotive Diagnostic Solutions together with his wife Jean. The company is a working independent garage and tuning centre that works with diagnostic companies to develop new tools and equipment while also providing a renowned series of training courses.
Frank left school at 15 as a precision engineer in engine rebuilding. In 1985 he started the company Fuel Injection Services and was soon approached by companies looking for practical help developing new diagnostic equipment.
