Wheel alignment from Snap-on

Published:  09 August, 2016

Keeping wheels straight seems a very tough thing for today's drivers to do. The number of obsticles and challenges the suspension set-up faces on the road on a day-to-day basis means more garages are considering wheel alignment as a profit-generating option.

The Sun V2200 3D wheel aligner uses high-resolution cameras to produce live and accurate alignment data through its vehicle database. Anthony Mylordos, the owner of Ashford Motors in Middlesex, explains how it has worked for him: ''I bought the alignment unit a couple of months ago and to be honest, I only had a few people coming into the garage and asking for a wheel alignment check, so I decided to see if I could get things moving. I made the decision that an alignment check would now be included as part of our routine service procedure.
