Live and direct - Top Tech Live draws near

Published:  21 August, 2017

Top Technician 2017 has been another fantastic year for the competition, and with the finals behind us, all eyes are now turning towards Top Tech Live, taking place on Saturday 16 September at the Henry Ford Academy in Daventry.

The announcement of the winner of Top Technician 2017 will be made on the day, but that’s just part of what’s on offer.

Top Tech Live is able to offer an exclusive Ford technical seminar as a result of the location. This is a rare opportunity and you will want to make sure you take part.

There’s a whole host of presentations too. Andy Savva will be going over how the way you run your workshop relates to your bottom line. Meanwhile, David Massey from Autoinform will be there to talk about business marketing and social media.

On the technical front, Steve Smith from Pico will be letting you in on some special techniques with the Oscilloscope, while John Batten will be talking about the overall diagnostic process.

If that’s not enough for you Rob Lewis from Jaguar Land Rover will be looking at product technology.

Snap-on will be looking at occupant and pedestrian safety, while Peter Coombes of Tech Club will be on hand to discuss the potential impact of autonomous vehicles.

Also with a forward-looking perspective, Eliot Smith from Hyundai will be talking electric and fuel cell vehicles, while Our Virtual Academy will be looking at EVs and hybrids.

Top Technician contestant discount! Tickets are £82 plus VAT, but participants in the competition get a special discount and pay just £62 plus VAT.
