New MEYLE-ORIGINAL wheel bearing repair kit

The new pre-assembled MEYLE-ORIGINAL wheel bearing repair kit provides technicians with all the necessary parts as a complete set, and is designed to save time for workshops. The wheel bearing and wheel hub are pre-assembled, thus eliminating the need to remove and insert the wheel hub before installation. This solution covers more than three million vehicles, including Audi, Ford, Mercedes-Benz and VW models. The wheel bearing repair kit was presented at Automechanika Frankfurt 2018 and is now available under the MEYLE parts numbers 014 753 0003, 100 653 0033, 100 653 0034 and 100 653 003.

    BM Catalysts has welcomed the Department for Transport (DfT) decision to reiterate the strict requirements for selling catalytic converters and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) into the UK. The firm believes it will help reduce the number of non-compliant products being sold and subsequently fitted in the UK market.The DfT also advises that DPFs cannot be sold for Euro 5 vehicles without the required homologation to meet European standards.

    Euro Car Parts is preparing repairers for an inevitable uplift in turbo work after adding new references to the TURBOJETZT range. Remanufactured units are now available for popular vehicle models including VAG 1.6 litre turbo applications, 1.6 litre Peugeot petrol models (manufactured after 2009) and 2.2 litre Ford Transit vans (manufactured after 2012).
    Euro Car Parts has been distributing the TURBOJETZT range since 2010, with sales of more than 200,000 units since. Throughout the past eight years, 308 new part numbers have been introduced, adding to the 480 references the product was launched with.
