Castrol launches free engine warranty scheme
Castrol has launched an engine warranty scheme for members of their service network to offer their customers.
Castrol SERVICE workshops can now offer the 12-month or 18,000 miles Castrol Engine Warranty to customers when they have an oil change using Castrol lubricants. All costs for the new warranty are covered by Castrol – there is no charge to the customer or to the participating workshop.
Layla Yebaile, Head of Marketing Indirect Channel at Castrol commented: “This new warranty scheme means independent workshops can offer their customers a tangible additional benefit for having their car serviced using Castrol oil.
“There is no financial risk to the participating workshop should there be an issue with the engine following a service or oil change. It gives greater peace of mind to the customer, and provides another way for businesses to differentiate themselves.”
