Mintex: New brake pads and discs

Mintex has added two new brake pads and five new brake discs to its product range. The new brake pads cover Kia applications including Sedona III, Picanto JA and Picanto Runner. Meanwhile, Mintex’s latest brake disc references have been made available for makes such as BMW, Nissan, Hyundai and Kia. All new references have been added to TecDoc and MAM cataloguing systems and are also accessible via the online catalogue Brakebook by entering the Mintex part number.

- New brake references from Comline
Comline has added a number of new R90-approved brake pads and fully coated brake discs to its range. CBP32370/CBP32373 are a set of front/rear brake pads applicable to the Vauxhall Insignia (2017 -). CBP02365 are front brake pads for Audi models including the A4 (2015-) A5 (2016-) and Q5 (2016-). CBP02354 are front brake pads for the Citroen Dispatch (2016-), Jumpy (2016-), Space Tourer (2016-), and the Peugeot Expert (2016-), Traveller (2016-), as well as the Toyota Proace (2016-). ADC2921V are coated discs for the MAN TGE (2016-), VW Amarok (2016-) and Crafter (2016-). Lastly, ADC2931V are coated discs for Jaguar’s F-Pace (2016-), XE (2015-) and XF (2015).
- New Ferodo composite brake discs for BMW
Ferodo has launched a new composite brake disc range for BMW vehicles. The discs offer 30% reduced weight, with the intention being to enhance vehicle efficiency and braking performance. The discs feature a high carbon cast iron surface area and aluminium bell. The range provides components for a number of BMW passenger vehicles. The new brake disc range is initially available across 17 part numbers, and is suitable for many popular models, with more expected.

- New parts from First Line
First Line has added 78 new references across the steering and suspension, filters, cooling, braking and clutches categories. Steering and suspension references added include a range of stabiliser links fitting the Mercedes A-Class, B-Class and CLA (2018-), the Volvo S60 and V60, as well as BMW’s X5, X6, and X7 (2019-). On the braking front, there are rear brake discs for the BMW 5 Series and 6 Series (2003-2010), and front brake discs for the BMW 1 Series (2012-2019), 2 Series, 3 Series, 4 Series (2013-) and 4 Series Grand Coupe (2014 - ). First Line’s Borg & Beck Clutch offering has also expanded with the introduction of 3 in 1 Clutch Kits for the Ford C-Max, Focus, and Kuga. These are also compatible with Honda’s Civic (2013-), CR-V and HR-V, as well as for Fiat and Alfa Romeo applications.
- Euro Car Parts bolsters braking range
Euro Car Parts has bolstered its range of braking products, adding 87 new references across Eicher, Pagid and Brembo. Among the raft of new product additions are 38 new discs added to the Eicher range, including rear brake discs for the 2015 Ford Transit Connect, front brake discs for the Kia Sportage 2016 and front brake discs for BMW Series 2 vehicles manufactured after 2014. A range of specialist high carbon brake discs has also been launched by Eicher. Products from Pagid include front brake discs for the Nissan Navarra NP300 2015 model, plus new discs from Brembo, for applications including Jaguar XE and XF models from 2015 onwards.
