The winner and runner-up for Top Technician 2023 have been announced. George Bettley from Crewe SEAT in Cheshire is 2023’s champion. Meanwhile, David Weston from KIA UK in Surrey came in second.

Both were among the five finalists competing in the final of the competition, which was held on Saturday 14 October at Delphi Academy in Warwickshire.

George was presented with his award by Snap-on, and won a major cash prize from Aftermarket magazine, and a mix of tools and training from Snap-on, TOPDON, TechMan, Delphi Technologies, BookMyGarage, ALLDATA Europe, TPS and MOTUL.

As runner-up, David also received a cash prize from Aftermarket, as well as prizes from the sponsors.

The announcement was made at the Top Technician and Top Garage Awards Evening, held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Coventry later that evening. The winners of Top Garage for 2023 were also announced.
