Plug and sensor manufacturer commended at IAAF dinner

NGK Spark Plugs has won the IAAF Car Supplier of Excellence award for the fifth time.

The announcement and presentation was made at the industry body's 2014 dinner, held for the first time at the Birmingham International Convention Centre. The event was preceded by the IAAF annual conference where topics of discussion included challenges facing the independent workshops, Opportunities with Digital Radio and the challenges ahead concerning vehicle data.

Marko Wowczyna, Automotive Director, NGK Spark Plugs (UK) Ltd, said: "It is a tremendous achievement for the company to win such a prestigious award for a fifth time, especially as the competition is always so high.
